Material of this black PTFE BBQ grill mat is fiberglass fabric coated with PTFE on both sides. Fiberglass cloth is high tensile strength, tear resistant and heat resistant material. And PTFE on both two sides makes it a non-stick surface, it is oil resistant and chemical agents resistant. coating is non-toxic and tasteless after heating. It is FDA approved for food process like barbecue and baking. This BBQ grill mat made of PTFE fiberglass material is dishwasher safe and oven safe.
Standard size of BBQ grill mat is 33x40cm. Other size can be customized. About packing, usually we put one or two pieces grill mat in a small box. And we can print customers' logo on the small box.
Except for BBQ or baking, this non stick material also can be used for other applications in kitchen. You can do with gourmet and pastry baking. Nothing will stick on the surface. And it is easy to clean, just need to wash it by dishwasher.
