Materials of this copper PTFE BBQ grill mat is 350g/m2 PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. Fiberglass is a no-toxic materials. The copper PTFE coating is food grade, eco friendly and safe to touch food. This grill mat can meet FDA standard.
You can use it for barbecue or baking, also can be used to heat food. What's more, when you do with gourmet pastrymaking, Macarons baking, cookies baking and bun baking, this PTFE sheet can be used as an oven liner. Because PTFE surface is non stick, no problem for doing with sticky things like gooey dough and caramel. Nothing will stick on the copper PTFE pan liner.
