Flame Retardant 4HS SilverHeat Reflective Aluminium Foil Laminated Fiberglass Fabric

Description:

Aluminum foil coating is best for static applications and temperatures up to 300°C, this fabric will withstand short duration exposure up to 1115°F / 600°C and up to 3000°F / 1650°C for a very short durations. The aluminum coating will melts at 1220°F / 660°C.

By applying uniquely advanced compound processing and using fibreglass as the base cloth and special fire-resistant adhesive agent, our product has the excellent properties such as the smooth surface on the aluminium foil, strong light reflection, good stretching resistance in length and breadth, non-breath ability, non-breath ability, non-water permeability, good hermetic and weather resistance.

4HS weave: also called Four-Harness Satin

In this weave pattern there is a three by one interlacing, where a fill yarn floats over three warp yarns and under one.

Compared with plain weave and twill weave, it is of high density,high intensity, with a soft and loose structural weave with a good texture. It is applicable for use as a higher reinforced material in machinery.
