300℃ Industrial Fiberglass Jacket Removable Thermal Insulation Cover Grey
The removable blanket has been designed to eliminate heat loss of armatures, filters, slides, valves, pipeline, bends and many other equipments. Instead of standard sheetmetal, it is removables because of the advantage of quick removal and re-application. It is widely used for combined heat and power, in heat-exchanger rooms, in manufacturing plants, boiler rooms and so on.
This heat protection blanket is applied to the equipment. In horizontal position, insulation blanket shall be opened around the object. It shall be tied with velcro and buckles.
Structure of this removable heat exhaust blanket is sandwich style. With this 25mm heat insulation pads, high temp air, gas, oil or liquid in the object won't makes the surface too hot to touch. So it make workers' daily work safer and easier. Also it can protect inside equipment from heat and cold damage.This removable design makes the jackets to install and remove easily.
Outside materials of heat proof blanket is 430g/m2 glassfiber cloth with 140g/m2 silicone coating. Inside material is 25mm e-glass fiberglass needle mat. Actually both outside material and inside material are heat insulated and eco-friendly. Fiberglass needle mat can be recycled after using. Also, these fiberglass materials have features like electrical insulation, anti chemical agents, corrosion resistance and oil resistance.
Fiberglass cloth can withstand 550℃ heat. Its surface coating should be used below 260℃. E-glass needle mat can be used below 800℃ continuously. Please don't contect fire directly because the hook and loop is only fie retardant.

IR Test
IR Test result of fiber glass insulation cover showed that when the temperature in the equipment goes up to 300℃, the jacket can control it at 32℃ continuously.
