1150gsm 1.2mm Brown Silica Fabric 800℃ Alumina Silica Thermal Insulation
Silica fabric is woven fiberglass fabric treated with acid and calcination post treatments, which makes it with higher SiO2 content and better fire resistance. SiO2 contents is 80 to 90%. We also produce high silica fabric which has more than 96% SiO2 content (better heat insulating).
Silica fabric is able to withstand heat below 800℃ continuously, and resist instantaneous temperature of 1200℃. It is weighed at 1150g/m2 and 1.2mm thick. Width is 91.44cm.
High temperature cloth silica fabric also has features like abrasion resistant, oil resistant, chemical agents corrosion. It is widely used in industrial heat resistant products such as fire welding blanket, aircraft thermal insulation and high heat oven insulation.
