Thermal Insulation Materials Jackets 25mm Actuator Silicone Fiberglass Fabric
Thermal insulation jacket (exhaust blanket) is designed to cover actuator, valve or pipe, protect them from fire and cold damage. With thermal insulation jacket, the inside high temperature air won't influence the work, the surface temperature of the jacket will be controlled below 40℃ so worker can touch the surface during working. What's more, in cold working place(under 0℃), the insulation jacket can keep the inside temperature so the liquid in pipe or valve won't freeze.
The jacket is a sandwich design: two layer of silicone coated fiberglass fabric, the material between silicone coated fabric is fiberglass needle mat. Fiberglass fabric and fiberglass needle mat are heat resistant, tear resistant and chemical corrosion resistant. Besides, fiberglass materials are eco-friendly, totally no pollution and can be recycled.
This jacket can be opened with fire retardant velcro and buckles. It is easy to remove and then repair the inside equipments. The working temperature of fiberglass cloth is below 550℃, but silicone coating is -50 to 260℃. Inside layer--fiberglass needle mat can resist 800℃ heat.

Heat Insulation:
IR Test result showed that when the temperature inside the jacket goes up to 300℃, the surface temperature of the jacket is 32℃.
