280g Waterproof PVC Coated Fiberglasss Fabric Heat Resistant Materials
Basic cloth of this 280g/m2 PVC coated fiberglass fabric is 200gsm e-glass woven fiberglass cloth in plain weaving. When coat this 0.2mm fiber glass cloth with grey PVC on two sides(40g/m2 per side), it is totally 280g/m2. PVC coated fiberglss fabric is both waterproof and heat resistant so that it is suitable for house and industrial awning cover fabric. Grey PVC coated fiberglass cloth has features such as abrasion resistance, durability, chemical acid and alkali resistance.
The basic 200gsm e-glass fiberglass fabric can be used below 550degree Celsius, PVC coating can withstand 260degree C. Based on properties of this PVC fabric, it is used for fireoproof tents, thermal insulation jacket, fire blanket and auto/train/ship covering production. PVC coated fiberglass fabric is more durable and has longer working life than common awning/tarpaulin materials, but meanwhile it is fire resistant.
