Satin Weave Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric PU Coated Fiber Glass Cloth
For coated fiberglass fabric, basic cloth can be 100g-1200g fiberglass fabric. Then coated with polyurethane or silicone on two sides as customers' requirements. Color of the coating fiberglass cloth can be white, black, grey, red, blue, etc. Total weight of this 430gsm basic fabric with coating will be 590g/m2. Weave type of this fabric is satin weave. Width is 100cm, 127cm, 155cm usually. Fiberglass fabric is a stable structure woven fabric with fire resistance and chemical resistance properties. It will be coated with different coating to achieve different demands.
PU and silicone are able to resist temperature below 260℃. But for instantaneous contact, PU coating is able to withstand 1100 degree Celsius in short time. It is especially suitable to be used for welding blanket and molten metal splatter/sparks protection. Except for heat resistance, PU coated and silicone coated fiberglass fabric are anti chemical agents, high strength, durable and corrosion. With coating one the surface, won't feel itchy of glass fibers.
