This stovetop burner liner is high tensile strength and fire resistant fiberglass cloth with a layer of food grade silver (PTFE) coating. This food grade coating is totally no toxic and odourless. It can contact the food directly. And this materials are also be used to produce BBQ grill mat and oven liners.
PTFE coating can be used between -70℃ to 260℃, max temperature can be 380℃. So it is totally safe to use this PTFE liners for gas range protectors. Common thickness of this mat we produce is 0.12mm and 0.2mm. Size of this stovetop is 10.6x10.6"(27x27cm) size. It is very common used size in American and European market.

Process Of This Stovetop Burner Protectors ?
Every single stovetop on the market has certain features in common with all others. All are constructed of the same materials – fiberglass fabric and different versions of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE). The process begins by treating the fiberglass cloth with a specially formulated undercoat that will adhere to both the cloth and the PTFE coating. Some customers believe that there is actually fiberglass in the mats but in fact it is wrong – just the cloth.
Then multiple layers of the PTFE are applied, building up a heavy coating of the non-stick smooth surface. Once the wanted thickness is achieved, the material goes through a process called sintering, which involves the application of high heat (780 degrees Fahrenheit) for a few minutes. That’s it in a nutshell.
