Fireproof Heat Resisatnt Thermal Insulation Covers For Gate Valve Protection

Thermal insulation jacket is designed to protect the valve from fire, heat and cold damage. Outside materials of this jacket are 3732 fiberglass fabric which is coated with silicone coating on one side. And it is soft and eco-friendly. Inside wadding materials are e-glass fiberglass needle mat. Covers made from these material are easy to remove and repair. The most important feature of this material is fire resistant. The working temperature of fiberglass cloth can be 550℃, while coating is only 260℃. Inside fiber glass needle mat can be used below 800℃.

The valves insulation jackets are customized by engineers who knows exactly what to consider in fabricating the highest-quality, best-fitting removable cover for each valve. Our exhaust blankets (or valve covers) are designed and engineered to serve as the thermal insulation solution for any size, shape or variety of valves.
