Unionfull’s Glass Fiber Needled Mats are made of glass fiber chopped fibers randomly distributed in 3-D structure. With small needling holes that provide high porosity. It is incombustible, asbestos free, non-respirable, and contains no resinous or inorganic binders. Typical applications include engine exhaust system insulation, hot industrial equipment insulation, and many others.
It's rendomly and uniformly dispersed and boud together with polyester binder in power or emulsion form.

Fiberglass Chopped Fibers are chopped strands with high silica content (i.e., silicon dioxide content > 96%) that can sustain continuous working temperature of 1800°F. Fiberglass Chopped Fibers ranged from 1/8 to 4 inches in length, and 9 to 13 µm in diameter.
